We usually ship using UPS Ground Service because they are reliable, economical, and packages are trackable. Unfortunately, they cannot ship to a PO Box address. Therefore, please make sure we have a real street address for packages you wish to ship using UPS.
There are other shipping options available, including overnight, 2-day shipping, and US Mail (which can deliver to PO Boxes).
Sales tax is collect only for merchandise (mugs, clothing, home roasters, etc.) and only if it is shipped to a destination within the state of Ohio. Food items (such as coffee and tea) are not taxable.
